Declaration of use / excusable non-use

The fixed fee for providing the Legal Services is $99, plus the government filing fees. The USPTO fees for Sec. 8 declaration per class is $225. In case, the filing is made within the six month grace period, the there is an additional fee of $100 per class.

Please note that the above fee is payable in U.S. Dollars.
