The fixed fee for providing the Legal Services is $199, plus the government filing fees. The USPTO fees for combined Sec. 8 declaration and Sec. 9 renewal per class is $525. In case, the filing is made within the six month grace period, the combined Sec. 8 declaration and Sec. 9 renewals both filed during grace period, per class is $725.
